Andrea Armenise
Andrea graduated from University “Aldo Moro” of Bari, Italy, in 2003 and specialized in 2008 in physiopathology of reproduction of domestic animals at the same University.
Soon after that, he started to work at the Ospedale Veterinario Santa Fara in Bari, Italy, working on emergency and critical care, ultrasonography and cardiology as a clinical supervisor, where he is still currently employed. He attended as a lecturer at 1-year course on Emergency and Critical Care at the Faculty of Medicine of the University “Aldo Moro” of Bari, Italy, in 2008.
Awarded with the 3rd Best Abstract at the 6° World WINFOCUS Congress in Rome 2010 and with the Best Oral Presentation at the 11th EVECCS Congress in Barcelona in 2012 submitting lectures on the application of ultrasonography in emergency and critical care.
Author of papers published on international peer-reviewed journals and several book chapters in emergency and critical care. Invited speaker of several Italian and International congresses.
Founder of VECCUS group, part of EVECCS, and of WINFOCUS Veterinary Section. He obtained the WINFOCUS USLS-BL1 Certificate.
Member of EVECCS, VECCS, WINFOCUS and SCIVAC societies.<
