Student grant guidelines

Fulfilling the highest ethical standards is essential for proposals to be considered for review. Further information can be found below, please take the time to review these guidelines carefully before submitting a study.

- Abstracts should be 350 words not including title, author names, affiliations.
- No tables, figures, footnotes or bibliography should be included. Tables are only allowed in exceptional circumstances.
- Symbols or special formatting should be avoided

For submission of student grant case reports we require these sections that should be bolded and followed by a colon and an enter:
Background: (describing the background literature, if required, and the aims or objective of this case report).
Case presentation: (including signalment, history, relevant physical examination findings, relevant diagnostic investigations, therapy, outcome and follow-up when available). 
Key learning points: the important points you have learned from this case.

Besides the case report, we also ask you to submit a short video introducing yourself, what you have learned from the case you are submitting and why we should choose your case report as the winner for the grant. The short video can be sent by e-mail to president@eveccs.org
