Julie Combet-Curt
Julie graduated from Liège Veterinary School (Belgium) in 2017. She continued her studies with a rotating internship, before joining the SIAMU, the intensive care unit of Lyon’s Veterinary School (France), working as an assistant clinician for 1 year and then clinician for 2 years. In 2021, she began her ECVECC residency at the SIAMU. In 2023 she completed her PhD on the assessment of volume status using ultrasound evaluation of the caudal vena cava in dogs. She obtained her ECVECC specialist diploma in 2024. She is particularly interested in hemodynamic and volume status assessment, as well as the use of POUCS in emergency and critical care.
